First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Kembralyn Redman to assistant vice president, community engagement officer.
Redman serves as First Community Bank’s community engagement officer, where she builds and strengthens relationships with schools, nonprofit organizations, civic groups and community partners throughout Northeast Arkansas while also supporting community engagement efforts in additional markets across the bank’s footprint. She coordinates sponsorships, charitable giving, volunteer initiatives and community events while working closely with the bank’s marketing team to further First Community Bank’s commitment to the communities it serves.
Since joining First Community Bank in 2016, Redman has become a driving force behind the bank’s community outreach efforts. Her ability to cultivate meaningful partnerships, expand employee volunteerism and create opportunities for First Community Bank to make a lasting impact has helped strengthen the bank’s presence throughout the region. Her promotion recognizes her continued leadership, dedication and passion for serving others.

A graduate of Arkansas State University, Redman earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management and is also a graduate of the Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program. She is actively involved throughout the community as a Jonesboro Regional Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, serves on several United Way of Northeast Arkansas committees, including the Regional Impact Committee, is a St. Bernards Advocate and volunteers with Make-A-Wish Mid-South.

Outside of work, Redman enjoys traveling, cooking, baking, reading and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Philip, have three children, Kohen Ligons, Adam Redman and Anna Arendale, and are the proud grandparents of Brenton and Ellis.
