First Community Bank will host a groundbreaking ceremony for its new banking center at 1800 West Dewitt Henry Drive in Beebe on Tuesday, September 29. The ceremony will begin at 10:00 a.m., and guests are invited to attend and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and giveaways, while supplies last.

The groundbreaking marks the beginning of construction on a new facility that will expand First Community Bank’s presence in Beebe and provide additional space to serve customers as the bank continues to grow in the community.

“We are excited to take this next step in First Community Bank’s commitment to Beebe,” said Dewitt Yingling, senior vice president, branch manager and lender in Beebe for First Community Bank. “Our customers and this community have been incredibly supportive of us, and this new banking center represents an investment in serving them for many years to come. We look forward to celebrating the start of construction with our customers, neighbors and community partners.”

First Community Bank currently serves the Beebe community from its banking center at 2067 West Center Street. The lobby is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

“Beebe continues to be an important part of our growth in this region, and we are proud to make this investment in the community,” said David Wood, executive vice president, regional community president for First Community Bank. “This new banking center reflects our commitment to providing our local team with the resources they need to serve our customers while continuing to build strong relationships with individuals, families and businesses throughout Beebe and the surrounding area.”

Additional details about the new banking center and its anticipated completion will be announced as construction progresses.
