First Community Bank is pleased to announce that Lauren Dewey, CPA, has joined the bank as a trust and wealth management officer.
Based in Mountain Home, Dewey works closely with clients, families and professional advisors to administer trusts and estates, assist with estate planning, manage assets and help clients navigate important financial decisions. She is passionate about building lasting relationships while providing personalized guidance through many of life’s most significant transitions.
“Joining First Community Bank is an exciting opportunity for me,” said Dewey. “I am grateful to be part of a team that values relationships, service and growth, and I look forward to making a positive impact on the clients and communities we serve.”
Prior to joining First Community Bank, Dewey spent a year and a half in public accounting as an audit staff professional. She earned both a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy with Data Analytics from Arkansas State University and recently became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
A native of Mountain Home, Dewey is excited to return home and serve the community she loves. She is a Chi Omega alumna and former member of the Arkansas State University Red Wolves Dance Team. She also volunteers as an assistant coach for the Mountain Home High School Bomber Belles dance team.
“We are excited to welcome Lauren to our trust and wealth management team,” said Brandon Brewer, senior vice president, director of trust and wealth management. “Her accounting background, dedication to serving others and commitment to her hometown make her an outstanding addition to First Community Bank. I know our clients will benefit from her knowledge, professionalism and genuine desire to help families achieve their financial goals.”
Outside of work, Dewey enjoys spending time with her family in Mountain Home.
