First Community Bank is pleased to announce that Pablo Morales has joined the organization as a business development officer, serving the Little Rock market.
Morales brings a diverse background in media, communications, and community engagement. He began his professional career in 2021 with Univision Arkansas and has since become a recognized presence in Spanish-language news through Noticias Arkansas.
Over the past five years, Morales has held a variety of roles, including graphic design, commercial video production, social media management, and public relations, ultimately advancing to serve as a weekday news anchor. In addition to his work in journalism, Morales has served in a pastoral role at Centro Cristiano de Rogers, Assembly of God, where he ministered to and supported families throughout the community.
Morales attended the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith and graduated in 2024 from Global University after completing three years of Bible seminary. He is also an active community participant, having served as an emcee for events such as the Hispanic Heritage celebration “El Grito” in Conway, Amigofest in Batesville, and other regional events. Fully bilingual, Morales is passionate about building meaningful connections across diverse communities.
In his new role, Morales will focus on strengthening relationships, supporting business growth, and expanding First Community Bank’s outreach efforts in central Arkansas.
“I’m honored to join the First Community Bank team and to be part of an organization that truly lives out its mission of serving others,” said Morales. “The opportunity to connect with individuals and businesses across the Little Rock community and to help them achieve their goals is incredibly meaningful to me.”
Bill Oliva, vice president, commercial lending and diversity outreach officer, said Morales’s background and community involvement make him a strong addition to the team.
“Pablo’s ability to connect with people, combined with his professional experience and heart for service, will be a tremendous asset to our Little Rock market,” said Oliva. “His passion for community engagement aligns perfectly with our values, and we are excited to welcome him to First Community Bank.”
