First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Mindy Hindmarsh to senior vice president, mortgage loan originator.
Since joining First Community Bank in 2021, Hindmarsh has become a valued member of the bank’s mortgage team, providing expertise in secondary mortgage lending and helping support the financing needs of customers throughout the Cabot region. With more than 20 years of experience in mortgage lending, she brings extensive industry knowledge and a customer-focused approach to every interaction.

Hindmarsh’s commitment to serving others began long before her career in mortgage lending. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, she earned a bachelor’s degree in applied communication and legal studies. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the home-financing process while building lasting relationships within the communities she serves.
