First Community Bank has announced that Emily Horton has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial lending at its full-service location at 220 East Ridge Avenue in Harrison, Arkansas. She has been in the banking industry for 16 years, and in her lending role, Horton is responsible for producing a variety of commercial loans as well as generating and managing a portfolio of business relationships.
