First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Felicia Johnson to dealer direct funding manager.
In her new role, Johnson oversees the bank’s consumer funding team, supports daily operations and works with dealers across 48 states to provide financing for recreational loans. She is responsible for helping ensure a smooth funding process while strengthening relationships with dealer partners and supporting the continued growth of the Dealer Direct program.
“I am honored to step into the role of dealer direct funding manager at First Community Bank,” Johnson said. “This promotion is especially meaningful because it reflects the opportunities for growth First Community Bank provides its employees. I am grateful for the mentors who have invested in me throughout my career, and I look forward to continuing to grow both personally and professionally while serving our customers, dealers and communities.”
Johnson joined First Community Bank in 2020 in the Customer Care Center and will celebrate six years with the bank this November. She credits Cortney Ramos, vice president and customer care center manager, with helping build the foundation of her banking career by introducing her to the many departments and functions across the organization. That early mentorship and broad understanding of the bank helped prepare Johnson for continued advancement into leadership.
She earned an Associate of Applied Science in Business Management and Supervision from the University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville.
“Felicia has been an integral part of our Dealer Direct team, and this promotion reflects the leadership, dedication and professionalism she brings to her work every day,” said Steve Wilcoxon, president of Dealer Direct Financial at First Community Bank. “She leads by example, cares deeply about our customers and dealer partners, and has earned the trust and respect of her teammates. I am confident she will continue to excel in this new role and help drive the continued success of our department.”
Outside of work, Johnson enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. Much of her free time is spent cheering them on at the baseball field, basketball court and rodeo arena. She is also active in her local community through youth sports.
