First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Kemper to senior vice president, trust and wealth management officer.
In his role, Kemper is responsible for providing and expanding trust and wealth management services throughout White, Faulkner, Lonoke, Pulaski and surrounding counties. He works closely with individuals, families and business owners to develop personalized strategies for trust administration, estate planning, investment management, retirement planning and wealth preservation. Through thoughtful guidance and long-term planning, Kemper helps clients protect their assets, preserve their legacies and achieve their financial goals.

Kemper joined First Community Bank in 2010 after beginning his professional career as an attorney. A 1998 graduate of Batesville High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Harding University in 2002 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law in 2006. He also holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation.
Over the course of his career at First Community Bank, Kemper has developed a values-based philosophy for investment and financial planning, helping clients pursue their financial goals while building lasting, trusted relationships. He has more than 15 years of banking experience in trust and wealth management.
