First Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephen Longinotti to senior vice president, mortgage loan originator.
Based in Searcy, Longinotti serves customers throughout Arkansas and is licensed to originate mortgage loans in all 50 states. In his role, he continues to build lasting relationships while helping homebuyers and homeowners find financing and refinancing solutions tailored to their individual needs. His commitment to exceptional customer service and personalized guidance has made him a trusted resource for families navigating one of life’s most important financial decisions.
Longinotti joined First Community Bank in 2018 and brings more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry.

Longinotti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from the University of Arkansas. Outside of work, Longinotti and his wife, Leah, own and operate a wedding venue in Floral, Arkansas. He also enjoys fitness, music, hunting, and golf.
