Community Insurance, a subsidiary of First Community Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jarrod “JD” Payne to senior vice president, regional manager.
In his new role, Payne will oversee the Jonesboro office while continuing to expand agricultural insurance services throughout the region. With approximately 16 years of experience in the insurance industry, he is committed to helping individuals, families and businesses protect what matters most while leading a team focused on exceptional customer service.

Payne earned a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Tennessee at Martin. His agricultural background and industry experience have helped him build strong relationships with customers while providing knowledgeable insurance guidance tailored to their needs.

Outside of the office, Payne enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors. He and his wife, Julie, have been married nearly 30 years and have one daughter, Jenna. They also enjoy spending time with their dog, Rhett.
