First Community Bank is pleased to announce Javier Rodriguez has joined the bank’s mortgage team in Batesville as a secondary mortgage originator.
In his role, Rodriguez will assist customers with residential mortgage lending needs while helping guide individuals and families through the homebuying process.
“Javier has a heart for serving others and building strong relationships within our community,” said Amy Tuggle, senior vice president, secondary mortgage production manager for First Community Bank. “His ability to connect with people and provide personalized guidance will make him a valuable addition to our mortgage team as we continue serving customers throughout the Batesville area.”
Rodriguez brings approximately seven years of sales experience, most recently in the automotive industry, where he focused on helping customers navigate major financial decisions while building lasting client relationships. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and is passionate about supporting the local Hispanic community by helping Spanish-speaking individuals better understand their financial opportunities and lending options. Rodriguez is based in the Batesville area and enjoys spending time with his family.
