By selecting "Yes, I agree to the authorization agreement for direct payment (ACH Debits),” you authorize First Community Bank to initiate a single one-time entry for the amount specified, to the checking or savings account you indicate, at the depository financial institution you indicate, and agree to the debit of such specified amount to such checking or savings account. You agree that the origination of ACH transactions to your checking or savings account must comply with the laws of the United States of America.
After a payment has been submitted, you may choose to revoke the payment at any time prior to 3:30 p.m.central time on the same business day by calling 888-780-8391 ext. 2030.
You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the bank account that you have specified on the First Community Bank Quick Pay website.
